FiloBlu develops, manages and paves the way to success in digital business for companies in a range of fields. It has fine-tuned comprehensive, custom-made services to take charge of even the most complex market scenarios, creating synergistic, multi-channel customer experiences thanks to a combination of retail strategy, customer care, marketplaces and marketing.
To this end, FiloBlu has set up a dedicated business unit to manage the use of top online shopping platforms such as Farfetch, Zalando, Yoox, Miinto, Winkelstraat, Decathlon, Veepee and Breuninger. It is also a certified member of Amazon’s Service Provider Network and it is listed by eBay as a Full Service Provider. FiloBlu uses specific tools to analyse the potential of each channel, manages posting pace, uses its own brick-and-mortar warehouse to provide a logistics service, updates stock levels across all channels in real time and has direct relationships with all platforms. Support for this exceptional service is provided by its cloud-based CloudStore platform, which provides the scope for integration with management systems and marketplaces.
FiloBlu has numerous notable clients that have included distribution through marketplaces in their online business acceleration strategies, including Clementoni, Freddy, Gallo, Guzzini, Hydrogen, La Martina, Malìparmi, Marcolin, Peuterey, Pinko and Sperlari.
For example, FiloBlu recently managed the launch on online B2C marketplaces by the renowned Padua-based clothing and accessories label Malìparmi. It started selling on three different platforms in just over four months: it can be found on Miinto in six countries, on the Italian platform Yoox and also on Zalando (in Italy at present and soon also in other markets, starting with Germany). Since the time of the first launch, Malìparmi has seen a significant increase in its sales in the various markets, underlining a clear expansion in its omnichannel business. FiloBlu guides brands towards fast, organic and targeted growth in marketplaces, thanks to its technological capacity, effective services and strategic global vision.
This is epitomized by its close collaboration with Zalando. FiloBlu has put into practice a number of the business models provided by the platform to give the best possible response to all of the needs of fashion brands: the Own Logistics version of the Zalando Partner Program, Zalando ZFS and Zalando ZSS. The latter (ZSS – Zalando Shipping Solutions) was recently introduced to give access to fast shipping services throughout Europe to clients that are pursuing international growth but do not yet have a widespread logistics network in all of the countries covered by the platform. The first FiloBlu brand to start using it was the luxury sportswear label Hydrogen.
Once again, FiloBlu is by the side of brands and boosting their online sales performances as it steers them towards growth, international expansion and digital innovation.
