Blu Road kicks off with a chapter about the omnichannel approach

FiloBlu is officially kicking off its Blu Road initiative and unveiling the first chapter of its regular business optimization newsletter for fashion, food & lifestyle companies. Every month, subscribers to the service will get tips on how to boost their online presence and maximize sales, along with updates on the latest market trends. A number of topics will be covered, from social commerce and marketplaces to the importance of storytelling in the customer experience.

The first of these in-depth features is entitled “Focus on omnichannel retail” and it is coming out soon. It provides practical tips on taking strategic and operational omnichannel measures, such as rethinking the role of stores in order to provide an enhanced customer experience, tailoring marketing and communication plans to increase your social media presence, and ad hoc services to drive spending.

As it launches its newsletter, FiloBlu will also be sharing its first Video Series. It will take an analytical look at Black Friday 2021 and some of the top priorities during this year’s campaign, including carefully planned communication with targeted content, different promotions for each type of customer, and a specific focus on logistics management. Support for the measures taken was provided by a number of facilities that will also serve as the cornerstones of business optimization for all of FiloBlu’s client brands during the forthcoming holiday season and the start of the sales, with bespoke initiatives.
