Online Advertising Manager



Join our Marketing & Communication team, which is dedicated to creating brand awareness-based omnichannel strategies to help brands to expand and establish themselves in new markets. FiloBlu is an ideal partner for brands and retailers looking to develop their businesses on a global scale. It is looking for an Online Advertising Manager to contribute to international e-commerce projects. The successful candidate will put into practice advertising planning using specially created Google Ads and Facebook campaigns, seeking to achieve the customary conversion rates for e-commerce initiatives. FiloBlu combines online shopping with brick-and-mortar retail. As well as headquarters in Venice, it has offices in Milan, Naples and Lugano, not to mention companies in Prague, New York, Shanghai and Hong Kong. There are more than 120 experts in its professional team, which works with a network of international partners such as Google.

Overview of responsabilities 

  • Helping to draw up the Digital Marketing strategies for allocated clients: budget, channels, activities and objectives.
  • Drawing up advertising plans for a range of channels.
  • Putting campaigns into practice and monitoring their progress on a daily basis.
  • Constantly striving to achieve turnover objectives.
  • Analysing data and identifying new channels and opportunities for improvement.
  • Working in tandem with the in-house team and clients to promote growth opportunities.


Technical skills and know-how

  • Excellent knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics.
  • Experience of planning and managing campaigns to meet conversion objectives.
  • Knowledge of affiliation systems and platforms.
  • Copywriting skills for advertising.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to handle everyday activities independently.
  • Good knowledge of English and Italian.


Preferable qualities

  • Google Analytics certification.
  • Google Ads certification.
  • Familiarity with the Bing, LinkedIn, Yandex and Twitter advertising platforms.
  • Experience of working with fashion brands.
  • Knowledge of other languages in addition to English and Italian would be viewed positively.
