Junior Brand & Communication Strategist

FiloBlu is looking for a Junior Brand & Communication Strategist with a background in both offline and online environments. FiloBlu’s Brand and Communication Strategy department is full of creative figures with a natural aptitude for understanding people and business dynamics. We are anthropologists, business thinkers and trend watchers, all at the same time. Our job is to join the dots between customer insights, creative development, business and digital strategy. Our objective is to produce creative, innovative work in order to establish ourselves as a key partner for our clients. As a Junior Brand & Communication Strategist, you will be working closely with the other Strategists to develop and finalize a wide range of projects, from retail experiences to brand identity initiatives and integrated marketing campaigns. More specifically, you will be responsible for collecting, analysing and organizing information, tracking trends and analysing scenarios. This will enable you to gain insight and pick out opportunities to develop creative and strategic opportunities with the rest of the team. Applicants should be extremely inquisitive and have an enterprising spirit and outstanding problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsabilities
  • Examining clients in order to learn about their business and brand objectives;
  • Carrying out research and collecting data in order to develop strategic plans for clients;
  • Identifying potential business and marketing opportunities and developing ways and activities to make the most of them;
  • Presenting insight to the senior members of the team;
  • Playing a proactive role when pitching to clients.
Skills and know – how
  • Degree in Marketing, Communication and Brand Management;
  • Fluent written and spoken English for both conversation and business purposes;
  • Fluent/mother-tongue Italian for both conversation and business purposes;
  • Interest in brand management, digital communication and marketing;
  • Familiarity with a range of both qualitative and quantitative research techniques;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for use with senior members of the team and clients;
  • The ability to assess whether creative ideas are in keeping with the strategic objectives of projects;
  • Experience working for an agency (such as a digital, brand, communication or creative agency);
  • A positive, proactive attitude, with a passion for working on innovative, influential projects.
