To create a valuable online shopping experience, we guided users through their purchasing journey, starting with the development of a sound e-commerce strategy – underpinned by insights gathered through our proprietary Business Intelligence suite. Every day, we monitor and analyze KPIs related to user behavior, sales outcomes, and the ICEBERG online store performance This enables us to make data-driven decisions, such as organizing the online storefront: from homepage to special sections like “Shop by Look” and “Lookbook”.

We continuously work on growing the online shop, focusing on the target audience and the customer database via a robust SEO strategy. Our efforts are aimed at enhancing the website’s visibility on search engines for keywords relevant to the Brand, driving qualified traffic from search engines, and ensuring higher traffic volumes and improved quality of visits to the digital store, all to increase conversion rates.
