With Lamborghini, we started with an accurate data analysis of the potential markets, using our Business Intelligence suite to identify United States, Germany, Italy and the United Kingdom as some of the main target countries for investment. As a platform, Amazon was selected as being the most relevant online marketplace both for target group and product category.

We have a unit for everything

Thanks to our legal team, we were able to easily sign the partnership agreements with Amazon in all the countries. In parallel, we established delivery flows, selected a shipping partner and developed a genuine Lamborghini mini-site within the Amazon environment. Seatbelts were fastened.

We do believe differentiation pays back. That’s why we created a different product selection depending on the single countries, considering sizes, seasons, weights and spending power.

All backed up by real-time data synchronization between official site and marketplace. Data collection was also implemented in order to improve further actions. The more accurate, the more successful.
