Elisabetta Franchi is an Italian fashion house that was looking to conquer the international online market. The collaboration with FiloBlu resulted in much more than an e-store: together with the brand we built a feeling, an emotion, and an experience.

Just like a piece of haute-couture, we crafted every aspect of the project with keen precision: content, technology, digital identity. All of this also reflected the designer’s personality, and resulted into an engaging new experience for the end user.
Numbers speak for themselves
In 2019, Elisabetta Franchi increased its total revenue by 45%, CR Ecommerce (CAGR) by 5%, clients database by 1720% and its ROAS has increased by 1268%. With these figures, we can unquestionably call it another successful collaboration.

Virtual and real merge
Responsive business operations start with a multi-stock management system that tracks items availability in both, online and offline, stores in real time. The website offers innovative features to improve engagement and foster a user-friendly service. Furthermore, we harmonized online and offline services and integrated Elisabetta Franchi’s loyalty program with the e-platform: Black Card owners receive the same exclusive service as customers shopping in brick and mortar boutiques.

Our Business Intelligence suite allows the brand to collect, monitor and analyze its marketing performance throughout different channels.
