Getting ready for the launch
We start with a solid strategy, analyzing target markets, their characteristics and opportunities, assessing product/market suitability and identifying the potential of the Marketplace platforms. Once we are clear on which road to follow, we place the brand on the chosen platform and define a sales strategy and a sales catalogue. The decisions are based on competitor analysis, cost sustainability and user interactions.
Orbiting the world
Once online, we optimize content and product and match it to the e-commerce platform. When possible, we develop an Official Store of the brand on the platform. But it’s not over yet: we continue to manage every aspect of the channel, from store management activities (promotions, stock check and so on) to customer care and control of orders. And of course, we keep monitoring the channel performance, in order to calibrate any further action and make that ROI skyrocket too.
