THE EUROPEAN LAUNCH
The partnership between FiloBlu and Smartwool heralded the American brand’s introduction to the European market, beginning with its first e-commerce site in the UK in 2019. This expansion continued with the launch of online stores throughout the EMEA region, including Italy, France, Spain, Germany, the Netherlands, and the Scandinavian countries, over the following years.

First, we focused on growing digital assets such as target audiences and the newsletter subscriber and client databases. Then, through advertising campaigns, we developed the brand’s desired digital positioning in various European countries. Finally, we supported the brand execution, managing and developing the technology of the store, handling order fulfillment from a dedicated warehouse, and managing post-sale interactions with a dedicated European customer care team.
