Since 2020, our ongoing collaboration with the Pal Zileri brand has been driven by a strong team effort and a shared vision for crafting a tailored project. We were hired to manage the online shop with an omnichannel strategy, strengthen customer relationships and interactions, and oversee the direct handling of orders and shipments tied to the e-commerce, with defined goals for growth and brand awareness. Working together with Pal Zileri as a cohesive team, we’ve achieved these goals thanks to innovative solutions and our expertise, all while continually striving for improvement.

TWO SIDES OF THE SAME EXPERIENCE

From the outset, we worked closely with thebrand to develop an omnichannel organization that puts the customer at the heart of the commercial strategy. By directly linking the e-commerce platform with the Pal Zileri boutique in Milan—from purchasing, to order management, all the way through to delivery—we seamlessly integrated the physical retail network with the online shop, an approach that ensures a smooth and continuous shopping experience. As a result, Pal Zileri customers have access to an almost complete selection of products, sizes, and colors available for purchase, utilizing the combined inventory of both the physical store and the e-commerce channel.

The online shopping experience has been desigend to be an extension of the brand experience and is managed by a team that is continuously trained on every detail of the brand and its product range. The goal is to not just respond promptly to various customer requests, but to foster lasting customer loyalty. In guiding customers through their shopping experience, the focus shifts from simply providing sales support to delivering a purchasing experience that is fully aligned with Pal Zileri’s brand image. This approach cultivates a meaningful Customer Experience, where proactively listening to feedback enhances the overall experience and drives better business results.

Our understanding of Pal Zileri’s positioning guided us in defining a comprehensive Digital Marketing strategy that includes SEO, Email Marketing, and Advertising. We started with a strategic analysis, followed by content optimization and creation to enhance organic performance. Additionally, we have dedicated significant effort to managing the Pal Zileri community, actively engaging with users through the regular sharing of editorial and promotional content. This approach has allowed us to build and maintain a strong, ongoing dialogue with the community, resulting in a high level of engagement and an Open Rate of over 30%—well above the market benchmark.
