Since 2018, we have been supporting FRAU in strengthening its digital and international presence, with the goal of integrating every touchpoint and delivering a seamless, coherent and valuable shopping experience. Recently, we assisted the brand in migrating from Adobe Commerce to Shopify, creating a unified ecosystem that makes the e-commerce channel more efficient, flexible, and focused on international growth.

The new e-commerce platform has been designed to provide an immediate and intuitive shopping experience. We implemented custom modules and dedicated apps to tangibly enhance the customer experience. Since the launch of the e-commerce channel, FRAU has achieved an average annual growth of 25%, expanding its customer base and reinforcing the brand’s market positioning.

FiloBlu x Gritti Fragrances

We guided Gritti Fragrances through a journey of growth and brand enhancement, combining strategic vision with practical execution. Our team worked closely with the historic Italian maison, supporting the definition of its digital retail roadmap, the creation of a commercial plan, customer service management, and invoicing – always to strengthen and amplify the value the brand has built over time.

The new website, developed on Shopify to replace the previous WordPress platform, offers a refined and elegant digital space that fully expresses the identity of Gritti Fragrances. The user experience has been redesigned to be modular and flexible, with a standout homepage featuring narrative content, imagery, and video, and product pages crafted to be emotional and immersive, allowing the brand’s fragrances to be showcased at their best within the e-commerce environment.

We have launched Bric’s new digital boutique on Shopify Plus, supporting the brand in a strategic evolution that combines technology, storytelling, and sustainability. The platform is designed to drive business growth, offering a scalable and flexible solution that meets operational and commercial needs globally, while reinforcing the brand’s premium positioning.

Our partnership with Bric’s is guided by a clear vision: to accelerate digital growth while preserving the brand’s identity and heritage. Through e-commerce management, technology development, marketplace operations, customer experience, system integration, and merchant of record services, we have created an online boutique that showcases the heritage, craftsmanship, and core values of Made in Italy, maintaining a strong connection with the in-store experience.
