The collaboration with Frau aims to support the ongoing growth of its digital business, migrating from Adobe Commerce to Shopify and creating an integrated ecosystem that makes e-commerce operations efficient, flexible and ready to support international expansion. The project was designed to deliver a simple and intuitive shopping experience, showcasing products and new collections while strengthening the brand’s presence in key markets.

Our long-standing collaboration with Frau, focused on supporting the growth of its digital business, has evolved over time. These changes have progressively led to a project capable of delivering an immediate and intuitive shopping experience, showcasing products and new collections while strengthening the brand’s international presence.

Implementation
Seamless Omnichannel Experience
We developed custom modules and dedicated apps to elevate the customer experience, from checkout to a modular, visually impactful homepage that makes interactions with the brand simple and engaging. The customer experience was further enhanced through an omnichannel approach that integrates phone, email and WhatsApp, ensuring continuity between physical stores and the online store. At the same time, we introduced advanced tools for the international management of markets, pricing, and currencies, ensuring consistency, scalability and strategic control.
Since our collaboration with Frau began, the brand has experienced consistent online revenue growth, driven by the expansion of product lines and the strategic integration of all digital touchpoints.
