    Digital that enhances the brand's essence

    Our collaboration with Bric's started in 2021, when the brand chose us as a strategic partner to accelerate its online business. At the heart of the project was the redesign of the e-commerce to offer a buyer experience worthy of the brand's boutique, highlighting its identity and heritage.

    Brand awareness and targeted growth

    Our strategy initially focused on consolidating the brand's presence in its key markets, successively concentrating on building brand awareness in emerging countries. This approach allowed us to expand the client database and activate loyalty strategies as well as custom promotions for each market, achieving significant growth rates in terms of both audience and revenue.

    Omnichannel experience bridging heritage and innovation

    We refreshed the customer experience highlighting iconic products, the new line of bags and luxury brand collabs. We introduced luggage customization with incisions and tags, strengthening emotional connection with the brand. Lastly, we concentrated on expanding the digital assets, targets and client database with a tareted SEO and Digital Marketing strategy aimed at attracting new generations and improving loyalty of existing clients.

    Integrated Marketing and Retail Strategy

    To increase brand engagement, we integrated creator videos originally designed for organic publication in our advertising. The choice to leverage more authentic content was extended to the online store, generating a significant increase in traffic and Click-Through Rate for the same budget.

    Digital Positioning

    Since the very beginning of the collaboration, we deployed our full range of expertise – from e-commerce management to advertising, all the way to e-mail marketing – working together with the brand to communicate a new elegant and luxurious positioning online that perfectly resonates with the brand's offline identity.

In four years, audience and revenue have grown exponentionally thanks to brand consolidation in key markets and expansion in emerging countries.
