FiloBlu developed the brand’s first online boutique, with the aim
of creating an integrated multichannel strategy that revolves around
the customers.

  • 1/7 Identifying the Brand Personas

    The brand’s consumers were analysed using data from a number of touchpoints (such as orders, social networks and databases) and behaviour profiles were created as the starting point for the definition of a strategy.
  • 2/7 User Experience

    The UX Designer and Art Director worked in total synergy to create an online boutique that conveys the quintessential René Caovilla sensations and values, with a special focus on the shopping experience.
  • 3/7 Personal Shopping Assistant

    A team of personal assistants helps customers with their shopping like real shop assistants, checking if shoes are available in the brick-and-mortar stores and looking for information about the different products.
  • 4/7 Multi Stock

    The online boutique offers customers products and sizes that are available in both the dedicated online warehouse and the brand’s brick-and-mortar stores. If a customer buys a pair of shoes that is in stock in a brick-and-mortar store, the staff of the shop in question will be informed and they will send the products to the warehouse, which will take charge of the order.
  • 5/7 Delivery Options

    René Caovilla supports sales and aims to penetrate strategic markets by offering free shipping shopping every day.
  • 6/7 Social Wall

    #CaovillaDream is a new social wall that has been designed to offer users of the online store a similar experience to Instagram, with the added possibility of buying the products shown in the pictures in just a few clicks.
  • 7/7 Seen on Instagram

    Thanks to integrated strategic coordination, brand awareness activities also make a crucial contribution to digital sales results. A “Celebrities” section has been created on the website to make it easy for users to buy the shoes worn by the stars in the brand’s online store.
