Join our team! FiloBlu is a specialist developer of e-commerce and omnichannel projects and digital strategies. It is looking for a UX – UI Designer who will take a passionate approach to bridging the gap between user needs and the requirements of Brands and Retailers, drawing on all of their experience in the field of usability and user experience. In particular, interfacing with the Creative team, the Online Store Managers and the Marketing department, the successful candidate will strive to enhance the digital experiences of users and make them visually engaging. Join our team! It is looking for a UX – UI Designer who will take a passionate approach to bridging the gap between user needs and the requirements of Brands and Retailers, drawing on all of their experience in the field of usability and user experience. In particular, interfacing with the Creative team, the Online Store Managers and the Marketing department, the successful candidate will strive to enhance the digital experiences of users and make them visually engaging.

Activities

• Gathering information about business objectives, brand value, user needs, restrictions and opportunities presented by technology.
• Conceiving and seeking out design solutions in accordance with deadlines and the information gathered.
• Designing while bearing in mind the different devices employed by users to access the products (mobile, desktop, etc.) and the different utilization circumstances, independently choosing the tools that are deemed most suitable for the process.
• Working in close partnership with the Design, Retail Management and Marketing teams and all of the other teams involved in the process.
• Creating wireframes and mockups with specific tools, then revising them in accordance with the feedback received.
• Observing and monitoring external trends in order to propose solutions that are always at the cutting edge but also reflect established scenarios and patterns.

Skills and capabilities

• Experience in the areas of usability and user experience.
• Expertise in user research techniques and output (such as personas, scenarios and customer journeys).
• Excellent knowledge of the principles of information architecture.
• The ability to investigate and understand user needs, as well as the business objectives of brands and the technological constraints of projects.
• Exceptional knowledge of the principles of interaction design.
• The capacity to present upselling and critical issue analyses to clients.
• An academic background in humanities and/or statistics.
