UX – UI Designer

FiloBlu is searching for a UX Designer with natural communicative skills who, with passion, knows how to give life to integrated cross-channel experiences that are both functional to the online experience and are online.

As a UX Designer, you can experiment in a humanly rich, heterogeneous skills and experiences environment: together with your and other Teams, you will be able to create and improve online purchasing and navigation experiences, making the user’s digital journey precious and unique.

Every day you will be able to be in touch with more than 150 professionals working in the different digital competence and retail areas in the Venice headquarters, in the offices of Milan, Verona, Naples, Lugano, and in the companies in Prague, New York, Hong Kong and Shanghai.

  • You will collect information on business goals, brand value, user needs, the limits and opportunities of technology;
  • You will find design solutions in compliance with deadlines and information collected;
  • You will design based on the different devices used by users to access the product (mobile, desktop, etc.) and the different use situations, autonomously choosing the design tools you feel are best suited;
  • You will collaborate closely with the Brand Strategy, Retail Management, Marketing teams and with all the other teams involved in the project;
  • You will create wireframes and mockups using specific tools, reviewing them based on feedback received;
  • You will observe and monitor external trends to propose solutions that are increasingly more up-to-date, but consistent with recognised patterns and scenarios.
Skills and knowhow
  • Experience acquired on usability and the user experience;
  • Command of the development of wireframes, user stories, journeys and prototypes to be applied to devices;
  • Orientation towards benchmarking;
  • Good knowledge of the Omnigraffle, Sketch, HCI and Principle principles;
  • Very good command of Photoshop, Illustrator and Keynote;
  • Basic knowledge of backendist and frontendist programming;
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics;
  • Ability to investigate and understand user needs, the brand’s business goals and the project’s technological constraints;
  • Statistical and/or humanist studies.
