E-commerce Digital Analyst

The resource, embedded within the Marketing Department, will configure statistical analysis tools based on project KPI, produce business analysis and reporting, provide decision supported through data analysis.

Responsibilities:

•  Define the site tracking plan, based on the project KPI
•  Configure the statistical tools and tracking pixels used
•  Test pre and post live tracking
•  Analyze data and make reporting activities
•  Identify business improvement opportunities based on data analysis

Requirements:

•  Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics, configuration and analysis
•  Excellent knowledge of Google Tag Manager
•  Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
•  Knowledge of conversion attribution models
•  Passion for the theme of Data visualization
•  Knowledge of HTML / PHP and Javascript
•  Good knowledge of English, both oral and written

Preferred Reuirements:

•  Knowledge of a/b testing tools
•  Knowledge of tools for Users’ Navigation Analysis (es.Hotjar, Crazy egg)
•  Experience in the management of product feeds
•  Knowledge of relational databases
•  Experience in managing relationships with customers
•  Previous experiences with customers in the Fashion sector
