FiloBlu is looking for a UX Designer with natural communication skills and the capacity to develop integrated cross-channel experiences that pave the way to both online and offline journeys.

in a range of digital and retail fields, who work at the headquarters in Venice and in offices in
Milan and Naples.
Activities
- You will gather information about business objectives, brand value, user needs, restrictions and opportunities presented by technology
- You will come up with design solutions in accordance with deadlines and the information gathered
- You will design while bearing in mind the different devices employed by users to access the
products (mobile, desktop, etc.) and the different utilization circumstances, independently choosing the tools that you deem most suitable for the process
- You will work closely with the Brand Strategy, Retail Management and Marketing teams and all of the other teams involved in projects
- You will create wireframes and mockups with specific tools, then revise them in accordance with the feedback received
- You will observe and monitor external trends in order to propose solutions that are always at the cutting edge but also reflect established scenarios and patterns
Skills and capabilities
- Experience of A/B testing
- Developing and carrying out qualitative and quantitative research
- Experience in the areas of usability and user experience
- Expertise in the development of wireframes, user stories, journeys and prototypes for use
with devices
- A benchmarking-oriented approach
- Good knowledge of OmniGraffle, Sketch, HCI and Principle
- Good Photoshop, Illustrator and Keynote skills
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Hotjar
- The ability to investigate and understand user needs, as well as the business objectives of brands and the technological constraints of projects
