We are looking for a Marketplace Specialist to deal with the development of Brands on international markets through positioning on Marketplace platforms. His/her tasks include coordination and implementation of the Brands’ on-boarding on the platform to project management in terms of operations, strategy and development.
Main responsibilities:
- Developing new business opportunities;
- Maintaining commercial relations with key accounts;
- Supporting client brands in the analysis of international markets;
- Identifying the most suitable marketplace channels for the brand-related strategy;
- Accountable management of the marketplace stores from the operational and commercial point of view;
- Drafting a sales plan related to Brands and to sales platforms (Amazon, Zalando, Privalia, Spartoo, Alibaba and the like);
- Coordinating both external (customers/suppliers-partners) and internal (department and cross-department) activities;
- Managing daily-based activities in terms of operations, strategy and development;
- Active involvement with the Client in the strategic development of the project assigned;
- He/she will ensure timely delivery of the project according to the Brand’s directives.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Sciences, preferably Marketing, Communication, Modern Languages with Business;
- At least 1 or 2 years’ experience in the same position;
- Excellent knowledge of English;
- Knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered a plus;
- Knowledge and work experience in on-line marketplace channels such as Amazon, Zalando, Privalia and the like;
- Excellent analytical, relational, management and problem-solving skills;
- Motivation and dedication, maturity, independence, enterprising spirit;
- Understanding, ability to establish effective, long-lasting and productive relationships;
- Inclination to work by targets and with tight deadlines;
- Passionate about the sector and his/her own job
