Job Description

The CRM Manager has technical and Digital Marketing skills and is in charge of managing and updating the Clients’ CRM platforms. At the same time, he/she provides the Customer Relationship Management a strategic approach in terms of customer-centric logics.


Main responsibilities:

  • Analysing clients’ architectures and internal flows, developing and implementing CRM projects
  • Managing Client Databases and CRM platforms
  • Analysing and subsequently structuring a strategic approach to the CRM in terms of customer-centric logics;
  • Implementing, maintaining and updating the main platforms such as Hubspot, SalesForce and the like;
  • Close cooperation with the whole Marketing team and retail department;
  • Active involvement in the strategy and definition of the  activities related to client Database (DEM, Automation, etc.)



  • Degree in Digital Marketing, IT and/or IT system technician diploma;
  • Master’s Degree and/or advanced training in Digital Marketing;
  • Proven experience in the described or similar position;
  • Excellent oral and written knowledge of Italian;
  • Knowledge and passion for the digital world and developing trends;
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Teamwork skills;
  • Proactive.
