internationalization

FiloBlu is implementing a brand internationalization strategy for Automobili Lamborghini, focusing on the countries with the biggest sales in order to consolidate the positioning and brand awareness.

  • 1/8 Analysis of potential markets

    Thanks to data analysis and the use of the dynamic Commerce Intelligence Platform (which instantly gathers the most important business information), the International department was able to identify the United States, Germany, Italy and the United Kingdom as some of the main target countries for investment.
  • 2/8 Platform selection

    Following benchmarking analysis, the best online marketplace was selected for each country. Amazon was chosen for the United States, Germany, Italy and the United Kingdom.
  • 3/8 Partnership agreements

    With the support of FiloBlu’s in-house Legal department, partnership agreements were signed with the chosen marketplaces on behalf of the brand.
  • 4/8 Stock management

    The delivery flows and guaranteed minimum times were established for the marketplace and a European partner was selected for shipping.
  • 5/8 Content Creation

    Written and graphic contents were created for product profiles to go on the selected marketplace and a genuine Lamborghini mini-site for Amazon is in the pipeline.
  • 6/8 Store Management

    With the brand’s approval, the Retail Management department created a dedicated product selection for every single country, taking into account sizes, seasons, weights and spending power.
  • 7/8 Connector development

    All of the necessary integration work was done to allow the official website to “communicate” with the selected platforms. It was established which information needed to be relayed to every single marketplace, such as details of drops in orders and management of the remaining stock, with real-time data synchronization.
  • 8/8 Business Intelligence

    Thanks to its proprietary Commerce Intelligence Platform, FiloBlu can provide extremely detailed data about online sales and thus analyse the results and decide on the next moves to make.
