Within the meaning of art. 13 Legislative Decree n° 196/2003, as amended (“Privacy Code”), this document provides information relating to the collection and processing of personal data through the web site www.filoblu.com (the “Web site”).

The Personal Data of the users of the web site will be processed in Italy in compliance with the applicable European rules and regulations, and the Privacy Code, which regulates the processing of personal data by anyone who is resident or has their place of business in Italy. The Web site is configured in such a way that the use of your personal data is reduced to the minimum necessary, and to exclude the processing thereof when the purposes pursued in each case may be achieved through the use of anonymous data, or in other ways, which make it possible to identify the person concerned only when effectively necessary or when requested by the authorities or by the police.
2. METHODS AND PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING

3. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL PROVISION OF PERSONAL DATA – CONSEQUENCES

The failure to provide such necessary data might make it impossible to correctly fulfil the legal and regulatory obligations.
