Manifesto


Calling yourself into question is the first step to change the world: if you don’t question yourself, you don’t believe in the change. Change is necessary to innovate and improve the status quo of things around us. You can’t do that alone. For this reason FiloBlu believes in the team, in its growth and in teamwork inside and out the company.

Don’t set limits: there are no infeasible ideas if we believe in them together. In FiloBlu, all members have the same possibility to express themselves, to see their own idea grow and realize it.

Innovation is looking at the same thing from a different point of view together and with each other. This is the reason why in FiloBlu we believe that people from different cultures, extraction, experience, surrounded by a positive and creative environment, can make the difference and produce an immeasurable value.

Working in a team requires the ability to listen to different points of view and share your knowledge. In FiloBlu we believe that empathy is the art of putting yourself in the client’s or colleagues’ shoes to understand and share with them aims, ideas, but also fears.

Our territory has taught us that it is important being able to do something: let’s realize the most beautiful product possible and let’s tell the world. This is what we try to do in FiloBlu everyday.
